Consoles running firmware versions earlier than 1.13 may lose connectivity and appear offline beginning August 12, 2026. Once this occurs, console functionality may be impacted until the required firmware update is completed. To prevent downtime, verify that your console is registered in your portal instance and update the firmware to version 1.13 or later prior to August 12. Connectivity will be restored automatically after the console reboots.
